Elaine has been a culinary professional for thirty years. She held executive chef positions in at Hot Tomato’s, Arthur’s Landing, Tomato’s San Diego, Madison Square Bistro and other New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut restaurants until the inauguration of Rustic Food in 2001.
Laura Zaccheo, Executive Chef
Laura is a highly trained Executive Chef, specialized in menus styling, concept development and kitchen management. She has over 15 years of restaurant experience and off-premise catering experience. Her passion remains the presentation of beautiful food, with good taste and with particular focus on clients’ needs.
