Thank you so much for everything you have done the past couple months. Yesterday was a dream come true and much of that was because of you. I can't tell you how many "meat eaters" complemented the chef, so please pass it on to Nikko. Not only was his food fantastic, but he was the nicest guy ever! Your whole crew was so professional and kind, the day went without a hitch... at least from my end. Thank you again for everything! We are so happy!

Everything was great, thank you so much! It all tasted great and even looked fantastic -- I really appreciated how pretty the artichoke dip was. The carnivores loved the chicken, the vegetarians loved the grilled veggies and polenta, everyone was happy and the whole process couldn't have been easier.

Elaine Rust of Rustic Food gave me your name as a reference. We are hosting a cocktail party next month in our home for 50 guests and I am planning to use Rustic Food as the caterer. I was wondering if you could let me know how satisfied you were with Rustic Food as a caterer for your event.
How would you rate the food that was served in terms of presentation, quantity, taste, variety, etc.? Beautiful simple trays and platter. Both the table as well as the passed trays were decorated. As for the taste, variety and quantity my guests ate until they couldn't anymore and we had fantastic leftovers for a few days
How would you rate the staff in terms of professionalism and reliability? Did they deliver what they said they would? Were they on time? Were they friendly? Did they set up and clean up to your satisfaction? The entire team from Elaine to the chef, servers and bartender were very professional, friendly and respectful of my home. They arrived on time despite a snow storm and when they left my dishes and glasses were washed, stacked and the food was in the refrigerator in marked containers with the garbage out.
How would you rate the overall value of the food and service for the money you paid? This is hard for me as that was the first time I ever used as caterer as I have always cooked for my parties. I can say however that I agree with my husband's comment - "It's like you are a favorite guest at someone else's wonderful party" I will be using her again without hesitation.
