Catering Julia & David’s wedding reception at the gorgeous Water Witch Club in Atlantic Highlands was a true pleasure. Julia mixed soft blue, ivory and peach and wild flowers with antique farm tables (again, from our friends at Dovetail Vintage) that complemented the setting and the day perfectly.
Because of the venue’s space limitations, Julia and David opted for a cocktail reception featuring passed small plates, including Pulled Pork Slider on a buttermilk biscuit with plum BBQ sauce, Classic Cheeseburger Sliders with red bliss potato salad and dill pickles, Felafel Sliders on mini pita with tzatziki sauce and tabbouleh salad, Buttermilk Fried Chicken Finger on mini waffles with maple syrup, Noodles & Asian Vegetables with ginger sesame dressing, served in mini take out boxes.
